Spurling Test is a physical examination maneuver used to identify cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck) by narrowing the intervertebral foramen. It involves applying downward pressure on a seated patient’s head while their neck is extended and rotated/laterally flexed towards the affected side.
