It is inconceivable that some individuals are falling over themselves to defend the lackluster performance of the contractor on the Lusaka - Ndola dual carriage way. This contractor has taken control of and is currently receiving the toll fees on one of the busiest trunk roads in this country. The road is essentially self financing but there appears to be no modicum of supervision of this contractor. Why?
