These Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos are a family favorite, but this meat can be used for multiple recipes throughout the week! I always get a two pack of chuck roast from Costco or Sams Club. They are kinda expensive, in my opinion, so I always try to stretch both roast into 2 meals; so 4 (or more) meals total.
