Noah started off strong, already able to perform a few muscle-ups using some kipping. But his goal was to make them more strict. So we focused on building his explosive strength through heavier weighted pull-up training and improving his pulling height. Over time, we gradually reduced the kip by teaching him to rely less on his legs and more on upper body strength to transition more smoothly over the bar.
