Toni Preckwinkle is the first Black woman to be elected President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, an office she has held since 2010. In addition to presiding over the meetings of the County Board, she salso directly supervises departments which lrpvode a varety of direct and support services to the resident of Cook County. Today she joins us to discuss some of the issues she has addressed as Board President, and looks ahead to an upcoming election where she is facing challengers as Re
