When I saw @cardiff.mum make something similar to this I just HAD to recreate. So this is my take on the dish where I did some garlic, parmesan & lemon chicken skewers served with a pecorino dip, I got this from @sainsburys, tomato & red pepper sauce and crispy potatoes.
