Best I've found
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·RMshopper
I had sinus infections multiple times a year until about a decade ago when a doctor got me to use a neti pot. It was good, but then I found the Grossan HydroPulse sinus irrigation system and it was even better, BUT they never lasted. The units would die within a year and I'd have to replace them. So, I started looking for something more reliable. While I just received this so I don't know yet about longevity, I will say that after 5 Grossan HydroPulse units that broke within a year, the SinuPulse seems to be better quality. Also, The SinuPulse does a better job irrigating sinuses and has more features (such as the misting tool to add moisture to dry sinuses, which we get a lot out here in the western U. S.). And, I've heard that the SinuPulse is designed by the same people who did the WaterPik, which is known for quality and durability.\n\nEven if this lasts no longer than the Grossan, I am pleased with the job it does to the point that I doubt I'd go back to the Grossan again.

safer & more effective
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Allergicsufferer
I have used a few times thus far. It seems it is safer and more effective than the other irrigators I have used. But I do not think it will last years and it needs to be replaced every few months. From my perspective, bringing down the price will help! Thanks for asking my review.

The SinuPulse Elite irrigation system was great!
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Sisterwebb
I had formerly been using a nasal irrigator attachment with my WaterPik for some 20+ years. It finally died and I had no choice but to find something else. I came upon the SinuPulse while surfing the internet and decided to give it a try. I am very well pleased. It is comparable to my old WaterPik irrigator. It has plenty of force. The tank does not hold as much water as the WaterPik, but that's okay. It does have a lid to keep dust from entering. I would highly recommend this to any allergy victim.

I bought this one to replace one that I bought about 8 years ago which quit working from internal buildup of mineral deposits. This machine provides the most effective relief from my allergy symptoms out of anything I do, and I use it regularly. (I even take it with me when I travel). I would like it if it were quieter, but that is a small trade-off.

I suffer from nasal congestion and allergies. This product helps so much. Flushes out all the nasties. I use it every other day. It's very easy to use and clean . I considered the Navage system but changed my mind because reviews said the salt pods you must use with it are very expensive. I love this product

I have been using a Neti pot trying to clean out my sinuses. It wasn’t getting the job done. After using this for several days my sinuses are running clear. There isn’t any reservoir to clean out it runs into the sink. That’s why I tried this first. Plus it didn’t cost as much as the one on the commercials.

I had previously tried the gavage, then switched to this. I prefer this one due to it being electric so I don't have batteries to change and the fact that I don't have to purchase the expensive salt pods for this one. \nIt works great, I've had no problems with it.

Not sure why the negatives on this unit, but having used two other types, one manually operated and one battery operated, just fine this unit and it works great. The saline will build up if not rinsed out after each use, so I ensure it's rinsed afterward.

SinuPulse Elite - basic and over priced
Reviewed on www.ebay.com·soundsgood*
From reading many exceptional reviews for SinuPulse Elite I concluded this has to be a good product. However after purchasing this unit and testing it I believe this unit is overrated. And it commands an unwarranted high price for what you get. The unit is very basic, and is made from low cost materials, no doubt to minimize cost and maximise profits. The plastic is thin gauge, you would want to treat it with care. The nossels that are supplied are interesting. I'm not sure how many people find the tongue scraper/back of throat sprayer useful, I use my tooth brush for cleaning my tongue. The misting head is a laugh, the spray pattern is so wide that any mist becomes water again as it contacts the nearest surfaces being only mm inside the nose instead of misting into the sinuses. ... Theres a button for stopping the flow on the handpiece but this just stalls the pump instead of controlling pump speed electronically. Pump speed is controlled by a dial on the unit, which is inconveniently placed to close to the base of the unit, the unit can be fastened to the wall which could give better hand room for turning the knob which requires quite a bit of finger strength to turn. The plastic speed knob is also too shallow to allow decent grip where wet fingers may struggle to turn it. In my view the design could be improved in a number of ways. However basic the unit is, it does provide a steady flow of water to the nostrils for sinuses treatment which is what is needed. The reality is though, that any pump and water container can do this job and possibly at a third of the price of this unit.Read Less

It'll cost you a shipping fee to return

After about 10 uses, it started vibrating and squeaking to the pount of irritating my ears. Worse than that, the bar code on the box wouldn't match up with online sales bar code so they had to manipulate the system and return as no receipt and then scan my I.D. To top that off, I was charged $3 for return shipping.

Good bye to sinus problems !
Reviewed on www.ebay.com·Rgy_kmpVSpC@Deleted
I have been plagued with sinus issues for many years. Just got tired of going on decongestant's and antibiotics every time I get a sinus infection. Did some research and learned about this item, I never even knew such an item was available. Started using it daily now, especially with all the shrubbery in bloom. This is amazing! No more pills, no more urgent care visits. So far I've only used it on #2 pulse, but I'm getting excellent results already. Very easy to use and I like the packaged saline rinse. You can fill the tank with distilled water and just add the packet and shake it a bit to dissolve. \n\nDon't think I could ever be without it now.

SinuPulse is a Little Better Than the Previous Methods I Tried

This machine works miracles
Reviewed on www.ebay.com·parisblues64
I suffer from chronic sinus infections for years now (strangely just on one side), but so badly, that my ear pops. I just received this machine a few days ago, so I cannot say anything as to its longevity, but this machine cleared me up better than anything else before, and it is way more comfortable to use than a netti pot (which I dread). Fast, effective and minimal discomfort (because, let's face it, cleaning out your sinuses is never a pleasant experience). I should have invested in this much, much sooner, the easiest way to combat stuffed sinuses.
