Not duplex. Was surprised by that but it works well. Had to order another printer that was duplex.

The printer works just as it’s suppose to! There are no signs of wear or usage. Just as I wanted!

Worked great to begin with, but less than two weeks it is now jamming. We are going to look at the rollers. Great printer though.\n\nUPDATE .. replaced the rollers and now works fine ..

I now own two of these printers. I bought a second one for my #2 computer, based on the superb printing that my first one produces. It is quite quick enough for me and operates flawlessly. The underbody paper tray stores many sheets and is very easy to load. I like that I don't have to feed paper upright in back, as many printers require.\n\nHaving a front-loading option for both-side printing is convenient, and works well. The back-side output for straight feeding is only mildly inconvenient, but I rarely use that, so it is not a problem for me.\n\nSome reviews complain about what they consider flimsy construction, but nothing has ever broken on mine. Everything opens and closes securely.\n\nThe print quality is excellent. This is a wonderful black type printer.

This unit features built-in duplexing, and accommodates an extra paper tray. Have used this model for many years. They are quiet, small, fast for individual desk, and the after market cartridges are cheap.

Availability of low-cost, high-quality generic toner cartridges is also a plus. HOWEVER, it appears that every 2015 will die - It's not a question of "if", it's a question of "when". The main circuit board (called the Formatter Board) malfunctions, and the printer becomes a paper weight. I used to believe I could make a case for going from one '2015 to another. That worked for over ten years. I bought my most-recent '2015 and it lasted ONE WEEK (I expected 1-2 years). Though printer was listed as "used" the overall performance and appearance of the unit appeared as "new."

We use these throughout our plant and they work well for us. We keep the same type printers throughout so that we do not have to have different inks for many different printers. They work well for us and seem to be very reliable.
